Living with an “incurable” medical condition can be confusing and frustrating. Doctors do their best, but once they say, "Sorry, there's no cure," the reality is you're left to "figure it out" on your own.

I'm paraplegic, I believe in taking responsibility for my health. So far I've created my own therapy and stimulated intermittent numbness and pins and needles in my feet and legs.Self-healing beats "just sitting there."
