I spend
three mornings a week in the gym with my Personal Trainer, Andrea.
Together we are working on upper body exercises
to maintain my strength and fitness. We are also developing leg exercises
to regenerate my leg muscles and help me reconnect with my legs.
As "luck” would
have it, Andrea’s husband, Rich, who is an Elite Racing
Cyclist, has taken me under his wing and I am now back on the
road handcycling as
part of my weekly schedule.
