I've discovered that manifesting
a miracle and walking again takes commitment, love and faith. My approach is to retrain my mind, exercise my body and re-educate my central nervous system daily.
At first, not sure where to begin or what would work for me; scared I might miss something or focus on the wrong idea, I tried to cram into my day as many new therapies as possible.
I've revied those I've experienced for your interest. Simply click on the mavigation on the on the left side of this page

With time and experience, I have come to appreciate healing is a journey - not a quick fix. It's as important to rest and meditate as it is to work hard in the gym. Giving unconditional healing love is key to receiving healing love. I "listen" to my body and balance work, rest and play times.
A typical exercise-therapy day now looks like
this:
- 6:00: Giger MD Retraining my Central Nervous System
- 8:00: Breakfast
- 9:00: Out of the wheelchair for a moring in the gym to use:
- leg press
- addductor
- abductor
- crawl on the mats in the gym
- 11:30 Power Plate exercises to strengthern lefgs and core muscles
- 12: 00: lunch
- 1:30 Hydrotherapy - "walking," core and leg exercises in water
When not in the hydrotherapy pool, I spend afternoons resting. Rest is an extremely important time when the brain and spinal cord process all the new data it receives while I'm exercising.
